Welcome!!!

Hello all and welcome to the WMIS FM 92.1 - The River blog! This space is designed for communication between our radio station and it's listeners. PLEASE - feel free to post comments, questions, concerns... Whatever you feel needs to be said! We ask that you please refrain from the use of inappropriate language and unnecessarily negative comments, but we do need your feedback.     I love the River in the morning and on the way home. Bob and Sheri are perfect for the drive to work and Matt and Ramona make me laugh on the way home. Thanks River for making my day better.

    So who watched AMERICAN IDOL last night? I gotta say it wasn’t much better than last week as a whole. For some reason it seems like the show keeps the best one for last. lets get some talk going here. Who's your favorite, and who should be booted?

    I watched American Idol! I am less excited this year than previous years. I preferred three judges to four, but I like the new one. Also, I don't like the way they are eliminating people this year. I feel like some of the really good contestants will get sent home because they sang on the wrong night : (

    And for Celebrity Apprentice - this should be a GOOD year! The line up is crazy, but sadly it doesn't include Gene Simmons. Hopefully next year : )

    My son and I are fishing with other relatives on red lake and think your station is great! We are excited we got reception for your station. We also think Jim Maroonsack did a great job with the weather-exactly the conditions he was relaying over the air waves-great job Jim!
